2 Night Package - Legacy Hotel Auckland

David, It is always a pleasure to work you and your team from HOT Events. The professionalism starts right from the Brief stage with detailed, clear requests that display a thorough understanding of your clients’ needs. Your staff are always friendly (even under pressure!) and courteous. Our on island conventions team also enjoy a successful working partnership with the HOT team due to their exceptional pre-event planning, organisation and ability to adapt to clients needs as required. At all times, they have treated our team and respect and a high level of professionalism. They are a pleasure to deal with at all levels within our organisation.

It is my pleasure to work with HOT Events. Having been in the industry for many years, it is always comforting to know you are dealing with a reputable organisation. As the primary organisers of one of Queenstown’s biggest annual event, the efficient running, open communication and can do attitude displayed by the team is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Dave and the team to coordinate any event, regardless of size and complexity, as I know it will be carried out in a professional manner.

As someone who is not, and will never be, an event manager you had to walk me through the process, and I appreciate your patience. David said the Friday activities (for example) were the single best day he had ever had on one of these staff incentive weekends, and he has seen a few.

I have worked with Vic and Dave and the team from HOT for over 15 years, not only as a guest on media incentive trips but I also have them arranging our annual franchise conference and corporate travel. There is no other company that I would trust in delivering our conference wherever in the world we may choose. When we travel with the team on their trips, they know all our specific requirements from seating on the aircraft, to making sure there is a fishing boat for us and cold beer. Vic is great fun and always professional being available all hours for anything that may arise.

The HOT Events team is exceptional. Their in-depth understanding of venues enables us to work collectively to create spectacular events. Their dedication to their clients shows with their attention to detail over all aspects of the event. Their personal yet professional approach is inspiring and they are a delight to work with

Every year you and your team provide a seamless overseas trip for us, filled with enough activity and relaxation to satisfy the busiest and laziest client – we’ve never been disappointed.

You truly do a tremendous job and it doesn’t go unnoticed by the team and clients. Everyone appreciated the huge amount of work you put in to make everything run smoothly and on time, and the attention to detail and care you pay to every aspect. The clients and staff were raving about you and HOT Events. You’re a superstar!

You really excelled yourself with the choice of events and venues – they were all fantastic. And of course, because it’s you guys, we were all looked after superbly well.

You guys rock! Thank you so much for an outstanding weekend in Queenstown, The communication, the events, the app, the functions, the people…..oh and did I mention the functions were frigging amazing!! Words don’t describe the events. Thank you so much for making it so special.
