Our packages are based on 7 nights’ accommodation in Pontevedra for the duration of the event 21-28 September. This is required to confirm our group allocation of accommodation and will help athletes to acclimatise to Spain from New Zealand.

- Transport outside of any transfers listed for the package above (including transport from team hotel to event start points if required)
- Additional costs for private transfers if not using the suggested flight itinerary

- Meals/Tips/Gratuities (a guideline will be provided)
- Costs related to any damage incurred to suppliers by athletes and supporters
Package Payment Terms
- Non-refundable booking deposit of NZ$500.00 per person is required at time of registration to confirm your booking.
- The balance of payment will be required by Thursday 30 April 2026
- HOT Events accepts payment by cheque, cash, direct bank transfer or credit card as well as Q card and GEM card Payment by credit card does attract fees depending on the credit card type used
- Cancellation penalties over and above the deposit will apply once you have paid in full.

Hotel Villa Covelo is located on one of the banks of the Ría de Pontevedra, one of the 5 that make up the Rías Baixas. It is situated in the municipality of Poio, very close to important tourist spots such as Combarro, Sanxenxo, and the city of Pontevedra approx. 10km away.
